Udemy shows you what percentage of the course you've completed based on the number of lessons you've completed vs number of lessons remaining. This extension will show you the percent completed based on time done vs time remaining.
Regarding the total time, the total time from Udemy is exact while the total time from the extension is based on the time Udemy says next to every lesson. A course might be 1 minute and 10 seconds long but Udemy will only say 1 minute next to the course. Unfortunately, I have to go by that number. Having said this, the difference is usually not greater than just a couple minutes.
Udemy might change the site structure all of a sudden, in which case the Extension might stop working. I will do my best to update the extension as soon as I can when this happens but have to wait for the Chrome store to approve the changes (can take up to a month to be approved).
